The first move and premise is always going to be the most correct and natural. Do not put yourself into a defensive position later in sequence because you cannot commit to the aggressive nature of a proper execution.

When you introduce a stop and a target/break even mechanism into a setup, the probability is that you lose or go break even in either direction most of the time unless you make a discretionary decision.
In trading, randomness almost always leads to losses and losses can lead to more randomness.

ReplyDeleteI've got familiar with your blog through another website whcich recommended,today prediction was kind of wrong!!! hopefully you did not get to trade by that,which I did and stoped out,,anyway I've checked all of your notes,videos and...they are realy good and helpfull,,keep up your great job and I will check it every day..Thanks alot
Thanks for your comment. I am not sure where the projection was off. The first line in the text on the prep comments reads: "Premise for this morning is to watch for higher low after open and move up to test 1126.50." That is exactly what happened. Please review the overlay when it is posted. Where did you get stopped out at? I would like to review the trade. I am going to do a video tonight on how I use the prep.
