The prep overlay looks excellent today. My visualization and premise was on.
I had a long bias this morning but was very cautious of the contraction. I was only willing to take a couple very specific setups and did not get them.
I have noticed that when I decide I am only going to take a certain setup, I do not get it. I am sure there are some psychology issues there but I do not want to cover that tonight.
I stood aside today. There were no premium trades. Bidding into the move down towards 1128.25 proved to be the trade for today.
That is an excellent trade if anybody caught it. I do not hit the moves that reverse inside the zone often. It is an aggressive trade that requires a wide stop or no stop.
I do not have a mechanism to enter after I miss the premium prices without a good pullback or contraction so I had to just stand aside.
The good news is that we have a 20-25 point range to work with. So I will be looking for good setups off the top and bottom of tomorrow's range.
