August 7 Prep Not Posted This morning

I was doing a presentation for potential clients this morning and prepared the prep live. I was not able to post it here on time.

I will be posting the presentation in HD in it's entirety once I can get the video done. It has been rendering for 2 hours and is only 40% done.

I will try to get it up by this evening. If not, it will be up tomorrow evening.

The video is 2.5 hours. I think it is well worth your time to watch it. There is a huge amount of insight that I share about the real life of a trader trying to build a bankroll.

I also projected the 999.50 AM inside support level (which held to the tick) live in front of 50 people prior to the market opening but did not take the trade. I will have to deal with that all weekend. You can see it for yourself in the video. It is excellent reality.

I wanted to get confirmation on the trade because I did not want to look like an idiot in front of all those potential clients. I did not get confirmation. I told everybody we likely would not.

My lack of risk taking prevented me from hitting a major public home run today and it really irritates me.

This is a repeating event in my trading career. What did I learn today:

1. I am usually correct with my projections and the bet needs to be made.

2. Playing defense does not work.

3. It feels worse to have not executed than if I would have lost.
