It was a slow and grinding day. We had the inside Bid Zone nailed this morning on the prep and I traded it. It was a simple yes or no trade on my daily premise.
I would have liked to have seen the trade open up more but still caught over 4 points per contract on a very tight day.
It really turned out to be a day trade. There was no reason to get in and out all day today. The market was not going anywhere.
The prep has guided me through another tough day with some profits.
