September 24 2009 ES Prep Posted

Good morning. See comments on prep. Good trading.

Goals for today. Have to put these in writing every morning.

1. No defense.

2. No 1/2 positions.

3. No cutting trades or break evens.

4. Take all trades that fit the premise that feel right.

5. Be aggressive.

6. Remember that you can not win by hesitating or questioning what you see. You will never feel good about passing on a trade.

7. Do not manage trades based on built scenarios of contraction. Allow yourself to lose if there is contraction. This is a lower probability outcome.
